Eat less + exercise more = weight loss
It’s simple really… most of us are eating way too much and heaps of the wrong stuff. Unless you’re doing a marathon every day there is no need to eat as much as you think you need. I used to eat heaps and heaps… but once I cut down on my food portions the weight started dropping off. Best way to burn fat is in the morning, run or walk before having anything to eat (other than water) in the morning. Your body will burn fat as your energy for the walk.
