My flip phone as started to flop.

Posted on September 16, 2009 by

So I’ve been thinking it’s time to get a new phone and I’m really pleased with some of the phones in Vodafone’s selection like the Nokia 6121.  Paying NZ$399 is all right for a phone that I’m using a lot for my small business as well.

My current phone is a Motorola v550 flip phone that’s given me 7 years of continuous service.  Recently the spring that holds the phone closed snapped making my phone flop around a little too much for my liking.

A few of my mates have recommended that I change over to the XT network (I say: extra terrible) but I’ve never really been a fan of Telecom as a whole.  My one bad experience has given their brand a black cross!

Vodafone on the other hand invites me to parties and gives me free things.  Call it bribery or call it marketing but for now I’ll probably stay with them.

Update:

All right so my flip phone seems to have come right now … ghosts in the machines.  Weird.
